14-day money-back guarantee

BriefHQ, operated by NovaPath Studios, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period; if you believe you are entitled to one, request it via Paddle as above.
